If you need to cancel your Umrah package before the flight, you will be charged an administration fee of 50% of each passenger's initial deposit, with the remaining 50% being refunded. After deducting the Administration Fee per passenger, the refund amount for your ticket will be reported, if applicable. The remaining vouchers cannot be refunded.
